OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED is a healthcare company with a team of fully qualified Managers, Pharmacists and other Professionals, with presence in major cities and towns in Nigeria.

The company was incorporated in 1995 with registration number Rc 272236 as a Private Limited Company with a very sound technical base.

Our UK office, OLPHARM UK LIMITED, CAMBRIDGE, serve as link to all our suppliers.

The company began as a retail pharmacy whose goal was to build a pharmaceutical company in Nigeria that would meet the needs of the local population and would also develop an international presence through importation of good quality finished pharmaceutical products . 

Since inception, we have been engaged in local distribution and sales of a wide range of healthcare products, from Over-The-Counter (OTC) preparations to specialty pharmaceutical products, for multinational companies in India and United Kingdom.

Our strategy of dealing with specialist medical practitioners and major wholesalers all over the country has made OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED’s name a household within the product segment we have been dealing on.

Our client base includes but not limited to:

  • Federal and State Ministry of Health;

  • Teaching/Specialist Hospitals;

  • General Hospitals;

  • Private Clinics;

  • Wholesale and Retail Pharmacies;

  • Government Parastatals and Private individuals; and

  • West African Neighboring Countries.

 MANAGEMENT TEAM

PHARM. JOHNSON O. FASETIRE –B. PHARM, MPSN Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the day to day running of the company and leads the management team as Managing Director and Chief Executive. He has over 17 years working experience as a Pharmacist, of which 5 years was spent at West African Drug (A division of John Holt Plc) where he left as a Senior Manager.

He has worked in various capacities in senior management positions with Europharm Laboratories, Swissco Nigeria Limited and GNLD International LTD.

He is a graduate of Pharmacy from School of Pharmacy of University of Lagos and a member of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.

He is supported by a group of highly competent and dynamic professionals made up as follows:

PHARM. KAYODE O. NELSON - B. PHARM, MPSN. Head, Sales and Marketing. MR. KAYODE O. NELSON joined OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED in 2004 and rose from his initial position as a medical representative to head the marketing team in Lagos and environs. He is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Prior to joining the Olpharm Team, he worked in various organizations which include, Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu; Imperial specialist Hospital, Enugu; Gemini Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Ltd, Lagos.

He is a highly skilled marketer and has brought his experience to bear in his new position.

MR. AMIN AYOBAMI AMZAT Head, Finance and Logistics. He is at the Head of Finance and Logistics. He holds HND (Accountancy) from the Federal polytechnic Ado-Ekiti and MBA from Ondo (now Ekiti) State University, Ado-Ekiti. He is a chartered accountant with over sixteen years post qualification experience which he gained in audit, finance companies and commercial bank.

 He had worked with a number of audit firms and finance houses before he joined Trans International Bank Plc (now a member of Springbank Plc) where he rose to the position of a Senior Manager before he joined OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED in 2006. He has brought his vast experience in audit and finance sector to bear in the management of finance of Olpharm Nigeria Limited.

MRS. FOLASADE F. AIRIOHUODION Head, Administration and Human Resources. Hads the Administrative and Human Resources Department of OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a Seasoned Administrator with over 10 years post qualification experience in administrative and human resource functions. She has worked in various administrative capacities and has held senior management positions with such Organizations as Constitutional Rights Project, (An NGO) and Shades and Shelters (An Architectural Consultancy Firm). She joined the Olpharm Team in 2007.

PHARM. OLAJIDE LUKMAN ADEMOLA - B. PHARM, MPSN. Area Manager – North. Oversees the affairs of OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED in the North.  He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna state. He is a registered member of the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and has gained a wealth of experience working in various capacities in such establishments as, 68 Nigeria Army Reference Hospital, Yaba and 82 Division Medical Services and Hospital, Abakpa, Enugu State. Mr. Olajide joined the Olpharm Team in 2003.

PHARM. ADESOJI O. ADEWOYE Area Manager – East. Co-ordinates the Eastern region office of OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED. He holds an Msc. Degree in Pharmacy and Cosmetology from the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Academy, Kharkov, Ukraine.

He worked in various managerial capacities in such organizations as Vikon Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. Kharkov, Ukraine and Department of Cosmetology/Cosmetic drugs, Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Academy, Kharkov, Ukraine. He has gained over 10 years experience and joined the Olpharm Team in 2006.

AKEEM OLAJIDE TIAMIYU Head, Internal Audit and Credit Control. Graduated from the prestigious Accountancy and Finance Department of Yaba college of Technology.   He had years of practical accounting and auditing experience while working, in various capacities, with Classic Beverage, Favourites Foods and Tantalizers limited before joining Olpharm.  This wide experience is what he brought to bear on his assignment in OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED.

ASALU OLASUNKANMI (MRS) - B. PHARM, MPSN. Head, Regulatory Affairs. A pharmacist of over four years experience in regulatory activities with NAFDAC and other regulatory bodies.

OUR FACILITIES

Twenty five experienced Pharmacists as Medical Representatives and Five Sales Representatives; all with functional vehicles service our appointed distributors’ outlets and ensure regular stocking of wholesalers and retailers.  The operation is supported with trucks for bulk deliveries and OLPHARM NIGERIA LIMITED maintains good working relationship with foremost courier companies for deliveries to hinterland across the country.

Our set up comprises Account, Sales and Marketing, Logistics and Warehouse, Regulatory, Human Resources and Biotechnology departments.

We have functioning Cold Room for all temperature controlled products.

We have full fledged regulatory department that works for Olpharm and does contract services for Pharmaceutical companies for product registration with NAFDAC and Trade Mark registration.

Our sales team comprises of the National Operation Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Managers and Area Managers for North, South, West and East.

We segment the entire country as the potential market for our products into four major geographical areas:

Lagos         -        Covering the entire commercial capital of Nigeria.

South West -        Covering Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ilorin, Ondo, etc.

South East  -        Covering Enugu, Aba, Benin, Port Harcourt, etc.

North           -        Covering Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Maiduguri, etc.
